email or snail mail address for Amtrak Customer Relations?

Does anyone have current email or snail mail address for Amtrak's Customer Relations dept?

Sorry to be starting a new thread for this question--I know the answer must be on this forum somewhere, but I'm not seeing it. I wish the forum's search function displayed results in chronological order. The first page of results when I just searched for this offered threads at least 10 years old.

I wish the forum's search function displayed results in chronological order

The results will list chronologically if you go to "search," and click "more." This will take you to advanced search, where you change the parameters from "relevance" to "most recent."
