Man - I did a bunch of research and figure it was Thurmond, WV, but got beat to the punch.

One passenger in how many years? This is a stop I can't really understand. ​

It's hours from the next stop in either direction, and it's a flag stop. I guess Amtrak figures, why not stop every so often if someone wants to get on or off. Cheap to do.
