EB survey

I got a survey in the mail last week from Amtrak asking about our experience on the EB--rating various items from 1-10 (cleanliness, level of servce, food, etc.).

Given how well our trip went, I gave them very favorable ratings for the trip.

Has anybody else received this kind of survey? Do they take this feedback to heart?
