Seaboard92 did an excellent report here: http://discuss.amtraktrains.com/index.php?/topic/70472-narprpa-spring-on-the-hill/

And NARP gave an overview in their Hotline here: https://www.narprail.org/news/hotline/hotline-1-013-narp-concludes-annual-advocacy-summit-amtrak-announces-bold-initiatives-for-penn-station-california-hsr-sees/

But the consensus was that we were getting very positive responses from those we visited on both sides of the aisle. And indeed, Congress reaffirmed its support for passenger rail today. https://www.narprail.org/news/blog/amtrak-fast-act-rail-programs-and-transit-receive-boost-in-omnibus-budget-released-today/
