CSX Cumberland Subdivision to NS Valley Line connection

Two questions:

At Shenandoah Junction WV, there's a connection track from the CSX Cumberland Subdivision to the NS Valley Line. Is it still operating, or not?

Is there information on the NS B-line (Manassas VA to the Shenandoah Valley) sidings online?

You can ride the B line in June behind J Class 611. Speed limit I believe is 40 on the line

You might find it here: http://fragis.fra.dot.gov/GISFRASafety/ Up until a month or so ago, there was one based on Google Maps with more detailed information but it has disappeared. This was its URL. https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=z4f-ZuCLmiKg.k-kwFRNT_m9c&hl=en ...but now all I get is a 404 Error

At Shenandoah Jct., there's a running track & a delivery track off the CSX #2 main track. It's active insofar as the CSX employee timetable is concerned, but there is not currently any scheduled interchange work performed there, AFAIK.

Thanks! I had the ludicrous idea of rerouting the Cardinal over that, but it would miss Charlottesville. I still find the area interesting though, and the history too. I especially liked Harpers Ferry on my previous train trip!
