Police in Chester, Pa., said they found an improvised explosive device Saturday near railroad tracks under the Commodore Barry Bridge.

I guess that might be SEPTA and not amtrak.

Septa's Wilmington line runs on Amtrak trackage.. Now AFAIK being from the area the CBB doesn't run that close to the NEC. But it's been a good couple years since I've been in that area. So forgive me if I'm wrong.

I was on the SEPTA 1:38 pm train from Philly (NTD) to WIL. Apparently we got through Chester before it was found thank goodness (would not have liked to have been delayed getting back to WIL).
