CAPITOL LTD breaks down in Washington

Today's westbound CAPITOL LIMITED, Train 29(9) barely made it out of the gate. While it left Union Station on time, it broke down at New York Avenue on the CSX line. It blocked all MARC trains on the Brunswick and Frederick Lines from departing Union Station.

Problems were fixed in about an hour.
