Looking at the Amtrak Status maps, I see that today's Capitol Limited took 2h12m to get from Washington Union Station to Rockville. (The scheduled time is 24 minutes. By comparison, a Metro ride from essentially the same two stations takes something like 35 minutes.) Do we know why there was such a big delay?
