Bringing a cake?

Hey, what a great idea for a movie:

"CAKES ON A TRAIN!"

I can see it now: "I will never get tired of all these mmm-frosting cakes on this mostly-full train!"

So I did bring my cake, and it went over very well. I baked it first thing Saturday morning, frosted it in the pan, wrapped it with aluminum foil, and then put it in a ziplocked bag. I had bought one of those styrofoam containers that's supposed to maintain its temperature, put in a few frozen gel packs, and put the cake on top. Two days later the cake got to its destination and was greatly enjoyed.

Worked out then-I was going to suggest some dry ice which is the way companies ship food.
