Blue and yellow private car on the tail of 48

[Amtrak Kid]

Saw 48 only a few minutes ago, and it had a private car with a blue body, with 2 yellow pinstripes along the side. It also had a blue neon sign on the back.

Any idea of who owns it?

Indeed Russ, the "Navy car" is enroute to NYC for a fieldtrip. Also folks along the Adirondak route, keep your eyes pealed. It will be visiting you next. The car will then repeat the trip to Chicago from NYC on the 22nd. If anyone gets pics of the car please email them to me if you all wouldn't mind. I always like to see where the car I work on ends up!
