Auto Train delays

Anyone know why the 53 Auto Train is still running delayed departures from Lorton? I plan on being on tomorrows run to Sanford ( 3/9) and wonder how to check on when we should arrive at Lorton> Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

Given the schedule and the fact that there are only two consists, it's very, very hard to claw back time. If it gets bad enough, they'll cancel one day's trip to get things set back right.
