Any New Signals On The Keystone Corridor?

Did Amtrak make any progress with putting in the new signals? I read somewhere that rule 261 would be on both tracks by May between Holland and Leaman interlockings.

As I was riding through it today on my way to JST on 43 I didn't see any new signals but I'm not totally sure.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your question, but I did see the new signals by the Lancaster station were now functional when I went there a couple weeks ago. They were previously covered over for the longest time...

Per the current Mid Atlantic Bulletin order, All signals between Holland and Thorn interlockings are being converted from position light signals, to color position light signals.
