I'm retired from Insurance Claims work. I could tell you stories you wouldn't believe about judgments.
Had one where a company bought a new helicopter for their business. Sent their pilot to the factory to pick it up and fly it back. Half way home he ran out of gas and crashed. His estate sued the manufacturer because no where in the "Instruction Book" did it say, make sure you have enough fuel before flying. They won!
