No no no no no no no no. UP is THE KING of pathetic!!!
 
All I can say is yay for the Empire Builder, well over thier goal of ontime performance out of the long-distance trains. The SW Chief and the City of N.O. made the goals too. More work still lays ahead. Maybe at least 1 Sunset can arrive ontime.
 
Dig that Sunset Limited! Someday it will be on time... But today is not that day!

Couldn't be much worse than UP has been. It might be faster if the Sunset were routed on a patchwork of shortlines. Yes the speed is low, but at least they could move.
