I've put together a short list of communities on Facebook related to Amtrak trains. Let me know if there are any corrections or additions. http://www.growtrains.com/amtrak-communities-on-facebook/
Thanks, I've added it to the list.
The Pere Marquette has a group:Too bad there is no group for Michigan Services (Wolverine/Blue Water and Pere Marquette).
Some of the groups listed aren't very active (i.e. California Zephyr) which surprises me.
That's actually a page rather than a group, but thanks for pointing it out. (Pages are generally not as conducive to discussion, since posting is more closely controlled by the page's administrators.)The Pere Marquette has a group:Too bad there is no group for Michigan Services (Wolverine/Blue Water and Pere Marquette).

Check out Amtrak Fans. It "replaced" Amtrak Pros the night Amtrak Pros closed its doors. Thanks! This is useful even though I'm already on most. The Northeast Corridor group that PRR mentioned is really good, but obviously limited to the NEC. It's a shame Amtrak Pro's was shutdown, that was kind of the hub of all Amtrak facebook.
Keep riding it. :wub:This thread spurred me to start a Facebook page for my book "Zephyr: Tracking a Dream Across America" at https://www.facebook.com/ZephyrKisor . I'm going to ask recent readers of the ebook version for tips on how to keep the book current and updated. Thanks to all!
"Sandy" still works at the GSC station as senior station agent. Her colleague from your hard cover version moved to the GJT station several years ago. This thread spurred me to start a Facebook page for my book "Zephyr: Tracking a Dream Across America" at https://www.facebook.com/ZephyrKisor .
