So I attempted to reserve a trip from MSP to SEA for May 12th and it gives me this message
We are unable to process your redemption request. Call 1-800-307-5000 for assistance (Sunday - Saturday, 5 am - midnight ET).
[Error ID: 1010R]
I have enough points so that's not the issue, so I go on AGR and it tells me I have pending reservation and its not even on the day (says its on 5/13 instead of 5/12 like the cart says) that I tried to reserve it for. Any idea what the issue might be?, its after midnight ET so i'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to call them.
