5(25) left 3:30 Due to no Engineer Avabile the guy who was suppose to work had some issues on the way to work and couldn't make and ontop of that 1 was on Vacation and 2 called in sick. So they used 4 Engineer to work 5.

Not uncommon, or unusual, but you see these sorts of problems more in the larger bases where crews don't communicate much amongst each other. Smaller bases generally communicate with each other about who's working when, who needs to double, etc.

The Engineer has some issues on the way to work that's what happened.
