153 free Continental miles

Basically, you sign up for Frontier Airlines FF account, for which they give you 1,000 free miles. You go to points.com and "exchange" them for 153 Continental miles. Other exchanges are available too. Helpful if you are trying to keep a program alive, like Priority Club (Holiday Inn etc.)

Thanks for posting this -- I had a few thousand orphaned miles from a Frontier trip about four or five years ago that had never expired, and I got about 500 Continental miles for them. Normally I wouldn't take such a big haircut on transferring miles, but Frontier doesn't fly to my home airport, so I am glad to be able to put them to use.
