What would happen with a 10-ride that's less than $50?

Wondering what would happen if a 10-ride cost less than $50, if that exists. Would it post for the 100 point minimum per segment or just the value.

I found some $59 10-rides on the Keystone.

OK - I actually found Berkeley to Emeryville is $46 for a 10-ride. I think these may be the closest two train stations on the same route for Amtrak. So what would happen?
