Vermonter On Time Performance?

Does anyone know the on-time performance of the Vermonter. I'm interested in the NYP-WAS leg. Usually I take regionals, but for an upcomming trip, the Vermonter fits in better with the LIRR schedule. However, if the train is habitually 2 hours late, then I will take a regional.

It depends, usually they run pretty much on time unless something catastrophic happens on the New England Central or CSX.
