Study on rural developement and Amtrak

Does anyone know where I could find the study that Montana did on the economic development that Amtrak brought. I'd like to use an article or the actual study on a research project.

I'm doing a project on how to bring businesses to North Dakota. (which is where I live) And I figured the Montana study could be a great source of information.
