Per the current timetable on page 92 it shows the following stops as having a distinctive arrival time vs departure time. These are: Kansas City, La Junta, Co., Albuquerque and Flagstaff.
Other stops show departure time only, this means it might arrive one or two or even several minutes before that but no set time.
ALWAYS follow the advice of your car attendant before wandering too far off. For example if a given stop is supposed to occupy 30 minutes and the train arrives late, it might cut that short and stay more like 20 minutes, in order to try to make up time.
