Silver Service Train set seen at Auto Train Termin

Hello,

This past Wednesday, I was driving past the Sanford Auto Train Terminal at

about 4:10PM.....right after the Auto Train had left for the day. While

driving by it, I noticed a complete Silver Service train set sitting

there...engine, baggage car, crew dorm car, two Viewliner cars, diner,

lounge car, and four coaches. Does anybody have any idea why a complete

Silver Service train set would be parked there this past Wednesday

afternoon? I am pretty sure the Silver Meteor and Silver Star were running

their normal schedule this past Wednesday, so I have no idea why this was

sitting there.

Any ideas?

Well with all the track work that's been going on recently down here in South Florida it's possible that if there was a Southbound late enough they were forced to annull it at Sanford and bus south due to the curfew.
