Hi, I wanted to sign up for alerts and notifications so went to the link at the bottom of Amtrak's website. It took me to a page to provide my phone number, train #, the station, and the date. However, after I filled that all in, I clicked on it again to check it was correct and it had changed my date to the day earlier. I tried this repeatedly and it happens every time. For the date I've been putting in the date of departure and the station I'm departing from Or am I supposed to put the date of arrival and the station I'm arriving at? Example - train #30 leaves Chicago on 10/23/23 and arrives DC on 10/24/23. Any help is appreciated. Perhaps there's just an issue today and should try later?
