Is it safe to add a picture to this site and if so, how do I do it? I just took a picture of the Amtrak station in Wisconsin Dells. I thought it was so cute.

Sure - as long as it is a reasonable size. I keep mine no bigger than 800 wide. You have to have a place to upload the picture that allows external links, then just link to that place in your message using the IMG button.

Nevermind on the picture. I don't really have a site. I was just going to add an attachment but I don't think you can on this board.
