Room Orientation on CZ and CONO

On June 19 I leave for my round trip from Sacramento to New Orleans via Chicago. I am in the same room on both trains (CZ and CONO). Room 12 on the lower level next to the stairs. My question is the orientation of the car assuming there is a standard. Which end of the car is the front, Family Room or Handicap Room?

There really is no standard orientation. You could find your cars facing in either direction. Based upon my personal observations, I'd say that maybe 60% of the time I've seen the handicapped room at the head end. It truely will come down to pot luck though.
