Riding on Amtrak City of New Orleans

The trains departed precisely on time and arrived on time. The food (steak, prime rib, rack of lamb etc.) was excellent, and it was included in the cost of our sleeper compartment. The attitude of every single Amtrak employee -- the ticket agents, security guards, conductors, sleeper attendants and dining-car personnel -- could not have been more pleasant or helpful.
