Penn station redcap with wheel chair

My elderly mother will be traveling alone from Boston to NYC in August. Is it possible to have a redcap meet her on the platform in penny station and get her into a cab to her hotel?

Yes. Have her ask for a Red Cap to meet the train at NYP. Although IMO a good conductor would already have one meet the train without hesitation.
