Non Amtrak rail trips..

I enjoy Amtrak travel, and enjoy reading the trip reports posted by others. As I live in England, boarding an Amtrak train is not something I do every day. I am considering a trip from London down to Rome, and across to Madrid by train, and would like to offer a trip report for anyone interested. I am more than happy to post here, but I don't want to offend users of this Amtrak Unlimited site by posting "off topic" info... so are there any railsites which might be more suitable for general train trip reports?

I know I would enjoy hearing about your trip and being able to compare it to Amtrak travel. I'm sure others would, too.

As long as you post the report in the trip reports section it does not matter that the trip is not an Amtrak trip.

If you like you can also submit your report to On Track On Line, the same people who gave you the Amtrak frequency info. They have a special section of their website full of trip reports. Info for submitting a report to HaRRy, the webmaster, can be found here. He can even take pictures too.
