MBTA Crash 46 hurt

Posted this in Rail news update but then after reading the rest I thought it was worthy of its own topic.

- The driver of a Green Line trolley that rear-ended another trolley, injuring at least 46 people near Boston's Government Center station Friday, was texting at the time of the crash, MBTA General Manager Daniel Grabauskas said.

This is something that is so sad since its so preventable you'd think after the whole FRA thing about texting you wouldn't see something like this again so soon. Its really sad. At least everyone is in Stable condition.

After reading the 2 storied I hope the driver texting is charged with reckless endangerment.
