Dome Car Puget Sound on California Zephyr

Amtrak #5(03) is heading west with the Budd dome car Puget Sound behind the engines. Hope the passengers enjoy seeing the all lightning from the many thunderstorms out there tonight.

We had it through Pontiac on the end of Lincoln Service on Friday.

Kinda of bolsters my "plan" to sell everything and move into an observation dome of my own (Park Car version in use by VIA Rail) - wouldn't that be just plain loverly?!
