San Jose-Oakland
There are still 4 train round trips between San Jose and Oakland daily. In between these are some Thruway bus runs, whose numbers may have changed slightly.
Oakland-Sacramento
A new weekday northbound train, #518, has been added from Oakland to Sacramento. For now, this is an imbalance since the schedule shows 10 northbound trips and just 9 southbound trips on weekdays. On weekends, there are still 9 trips in each direction between Oakland and Sacramento.
Weekend-only train #746 (San Jose-Oakland-Sacramento) has been renumbered as #748.
All trips between Oakland and Sacramento have been lengthened by 5-10 minutes.
Sacramento-Auburn
Still one daily trip extends to Auburn from Sacramento.
