A quit car, I thought it was the engines that usualy quit on Amtrak trains... :)

Funny, I would have thought based on it coming from KTVU TV in the Bay Area that it would be about the Capitols where the quiet car is operated on weekends (especially on 748) though it does depend on the crew. I would have thought they would have a similar policy on the AE's and run the quiet car on weekends
