I was wondering, when will the winter spring Amtrak system timetables will come out?

IIRC, I read a post elsewhere that the next National timetable would be released in January. Amtrak is getting away from a predictable schedule for the system timetable.

AFAIK, the major timetables change with the time changes. So I don't think you'll see a national or a major timetable change until maybe April or so.

There were traditionally two timetables each year. In recent years there have been a lot more additions of service, station relocations, track improvements, etc., often completed shortly *after* the new schedule would normally come out, and Amtrak has delayed its new schedule to include the service changes. Which makes sense.
