Does anyone know where I could order an Atlas Phase V AEM7? I googled it and can't find anything, so it may not exist anymore.

Atlas discontinued these years ago. You will have to get them through eBay or a train show/swap meet. I have no clue why Walthers still has it on their website; Atlas isn't going to make anymore of them (well, not in the foreseeable future anyway).
