Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has any reliable information about the number of people employed by Amtrak. I am thinking here of direct employment, such as train crew, ticket office, phone agents, station staff, baggage handling, redcaps, and even amtrak security staff. I guess I am looking for the number of jobs that would go if Amtrak vanished tomorrow?
