AGR Select Card - how long before I receive it?

I became AGR Select for 2009 in December. When should I expect my card?

If you haven't gotten it by now, then you'll see it when they mail out the cards for the new year that starts on March 1st. Typically those cards hit the mail next week, although one year AGR was late in getting things out. With the transfer of agencies running the program, it wouldn't surprise me if they are late this year too. I'm hoping not, but it wouldn't surprise me.
