On the 9th I took two grandkids for a short ride on the Adirondack. First train ride for them,
wanted to get it done before any funding issues could cause a problem.
4 coach cars, 1 cafe and one engine, no business class.

In Albany the engine is switched out for the trip north. I think the engine from New York Penn is a
dual mode unit and in Albany is non electric, but they both look the same to me.
A new crew is brought on in Albany so the process takes 10-15 minutes. The train was very
crowded, they announced it was a full train.
