    saver or value price

    i see if i book a trip before a certin date in September, i can cancel my booking if i need to. i am traveling on January 1st and return on January 9th. So do i go with the saver price or still go with the value were i can cancel up to about 14 days before. i will be going on a cruise.

    How often is Amtrak 97 cancelled during the winter?

    I am thinking of taking the Amtrak 97 to Miami. will start in Albany NY and change in penn station. Would think airports would close due to bad weather before a train was cancelled.
