We are leaving tomorrow on the SW Chief in a bedroom from Chicago to San Diego. We would like to use the Fullerton bypass and take an earlier Surfliner. Will we be able to use the business class tickets? The tickets say train 768, but we would like to take 564 or 568 from Fullerton to San.

Is the bridge at Fullerton, used for transferring from the SWC to the southbound Coast Starlite, handicap accessible?

Why not get off at Old Town just to shorten your ride. Save a taxi phone number in your cell in case no cabs are available at your stop.

Can an issued agr ticket, lax to san on the Pacific Surfliner, be used to travel in the opposite direction? San to lax.

If you have another email account, you may be able to forward your res conformation to yourself and it might appear there. It's worked for me a couple times.

You might want to consider renting a car from vac to pdx. Checking kayak showed a rate of about $128 per day. A little expensive, but convenient.
