Good to know. I’m traveling from Tacoma to Portland later this summer. I’m hoping they start using the bypass again and add the extra early train back to the schedule by then.
Any word yet on when Amtrak plans to start using the Point Defiance Bypass again? Everything I've seen online is from last fall and still says plans are to resume using it in spring 2019.
