I'm going to go out on a limb and say it was the Star. Auburndale is near Lakeland and the Star is the one that goes to Lakeland and Tampa etc.

Actually all four trains go through Auburndale. Auburndale is the place where the SX line meets the A-Line. If you're going Northbound you make a big left turn on the Star, on the Meteor you make a big right turn. The spot where this happened is railroad North of Auburndale. It is still more likely to be the Star based on the time of day.
It looks like it was the northbound Silver Star 92, which seems to be stuck in Polk County according to the status maps. Lakeland is in Polk County (the last stop reported on the status map). It seemed that the southbound Silver Star had some problems today also.
