AGR redeemed - but not showing in Amtrak?

Hello, I just redeemed an AGR two-zone roomette award, but I go to Amtrak.com, and I don't see it listed under "view my reservations."

I have the standard 6-digit reservation code.

Is it supposed to show up?

(It does show up on AGR though)

The only reservations that will display on Amtrak.com are paid reservations made on-line at Amtrak.com. AGR reservations, along with regular phone and travel agent reservations, are not viewable.

if you call amtrak (1-800-usa-rail) and give them your res number they will e-mail you your itinerary. i always do this as i like to have the itinerary with the res number from amtrak. it won't ever show up under "my reservations" on the website however
