Australian Metro put out this twee-soaked, very creative animated music video listing things that end in tragedy that are just as preventable as being careless around trains

Very clever video and catchy song. Certainly one of the most memorable PSAs I've ever seen. There are already multiple websites with the lyrics such as this one.

Probably won't be long before there are reports or videos of people singing Dumb Ways to Die at karaoke bars...

They've now released a game as well for both iOS and Android. Played it for a few minutes and it seems to be a pretty decent, easy-to-play game.
