Silver Meteor #98 delayed 4 hours; Is this common?

Last Saturday, I was at NYP purchasing a gift certificate. I checked the arrivals board and noticed that the 98 Silver Meteor—the train I am riding my first ever sleeper car on in March—was delay led over 4 hours. Is the Meteor frequently delayed?
