This is clearly an artifact of separate Amtrak and VIA feeds that asm transit docs uses , but it is amusing none the less.

Amtrak 63 and VIA 98 are the same physical train.

I can see two possible scenarios: either that's one helluva long consist or else bi-lingual Canada has also gone bi-trainal.

Earlier this evening, Amtrak's Track-a-Train had an Empire Service train on the Northeast Corridor line heading toward Sunnyside. Maybe they forgot to turn off the transponder. ;-)
