Carl Sandburg running Superliners? Business Class location?

I hate that I'm seeing that the snack coaches don't have table seating, most of my trips to Macomb I end up spending so much time at the cafe table.

Just checking the MH cam in Chicago yesterday and the Ilini and Saluki's are still using Horizon equipment with Northeast Regional BC/Snack cars -- all single level.

I departed Chicago on 301. It has single level cars. The Carl Sandburg had superliners.

Pere Marquette (MI) trains in winter have the double deckers with some lower level seating and a business class section which is on the top deck and is 1/2 the car. It's positioned at either end of the train so no foot traffic. There is a curtain. Past the curtain are the steps going to the lower level where the cafe car is - service only, not really like a place with tables, just a bench.

Going through the reservation system just for curiosity it looks like the Sandburg will have the Superliner coaches thru Xmas Eve then no more on the schedule after that.
