I have not been getting as many points awards as I should have, yes I log in on every use, anyone having this problem, seem to happen a lot.

Are these on Amtrak trips or other points? If its been more than 3 weeks for Amtrak travel you can do an online request for your missing points. Otherwise you should call AGR. If its for partner points, it can take up to 6 or 8 weeks for those to post.
