Acela Lounge-30th St. Station Question

Hi, I'm pretty new to Amtrak Travel and I am wondering if the Acela Lounge at 30th St. Station is ONLY for Acela passengers or is it also for people holding sleeper car reservations?

I will be traveling from Lewistown, PA to Philadelphia in business class then traveling the Silver Meteor to Florida in a roomette.

Sleeper passengers too. Also AGR Select Plus/Select Executive and United Club reciprocal membership will get someone into the club.
