I'm on the Silver Star now heading to Florida for some sunshine! I thought the Silver Service had the updated sleeper cars. Mine does not. Also, where's the wifi? Hmph.

Absolutely! Sleepers sell out quite often. There's still a demand for them. Yes, they can be expensive but, with enough rewards points you don't have to pay!

Hmm. How do I find out what the rate would have been? The rate shown today may not be the same rate that it might have been before. Maybe I shouldn't care. I'm getting rewards points for it anyway!

Yeah, I'll probably do that. But I think the rooms on the Star are a bit more than the Meteor because it's a longer distance (though not by much).

They changed my reservation for me but I was charged the difference in rate.

Nice to know. I had to book my trip to Tampa via the Meteor instead of the Star like I usually do because they were all "sold out". I wonder if I can switch my reservations now.
